Several years ago Loraine and I met Evangelists Rudi and Sharon Swanepoel, fellow South Africans, by Divine direction.   I say that because it extremely unusual.  My wife got their telephone number from some SA friends on her trip home to the USA and we phoned Rudi and Sharon while traveling down south for revival meetings.

It has been seven years of a great friendship and little did we know that one day they would be pastoring the Cross Community church in OH and we would be invited to hold revival meetings.

So it was with great anticipation that we traveled to Elyria directly after the meetings in Nashville TN to hold some of the best meetings we have had.  It is not always easy to rate meetings as each one is special in it's own right and because God always has a purpose in sending us to each church.  

The thing that stood out so greatly was the wide spectrum of people the Lord touched.  From little children to teenagers to young adults to middle aged and seniors,  God was no respecter of persons.  It was wonderful to see the children receive a touch from God and each night we witnessed great outpourings of the Holy Spirit.  It was so good to see the contrast as the Senior Citizens yielded to the move of the Spirit.

We had a large group from the Lutheran Hearing Impaired church in Cleveland OH attend nightly and it was exciting to see the Holy Spirit bless them  Some were not even saved, but God reached down and blessed them greatly and many yielded to the Spirit of God.

God is definitely up to something big in Ohio and we will be returning to this church in the near future.
