God says: "I will provide your all your needs." |
Phil 4:19 "But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches
in glory by Christ Jesus"
That is His promise to you. It is sometimes hard for us to accept that fact, because we pray for so many things and never get them. Often it is because if God had to give them to us, we would get side tracked from His purpose and plan for our lives. When I was a baby Christian, I asked for many things that I did not get. Most of those things were needed to satisfy my impulsive nature. But God has an amazing way of changing our desires. As we grow in the Lord our needs and desires change and the direction our lives take is often very different to that which we originally planned. It is because His nature is slowly changing ours. Our values and motives are being changed and are becoming closer to the heart of God. But what about our earthly needs? Well He is aware of those and will always help you and supply what you need to live on this earth and be a success and a blessing. If He cares for the birds, how much more will He care for you. Mat. 6:26 You can stand on the fact that God will supply all your need. In fact He goes further. Eph 3:20 says "... God will do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us." What a great promise. That simply says to me that we have limited God and hindered Him from really blessing us. Exit this page to go back to the main menu . . . |
